★★☆☆☆ The system seems to be more offline than online, very bad Wi-Fi range, constant errors. No vet happy with it at the moment! Octopus support said 10 working days wait to get Help. Poor!

★★☆☆☆ App is not reading correctly. Bar graph shows I'm consuming more power than I'm using during peak hours. I'm at work all day yet the graph shows I'm drawing power during peak hours. There's no way I'm consuming 30 kWh in a three-hour period from when I get home and bedtime. And there's a "meter not responding" issue no one seems to see, or care about, but me. App won't connect. Tried calling enface, and they told me to call the installer. The installer told me to call enface.

★★☆☆☆ The local support can't enable zero grid, need to contact the En phase support that works only from Monday to Friday The customer can't control anything, and the local maintenance can't do somethings like enable zero grid, really awful for me to pay for this.

★★☆☆☆ My app constantly report's no solar panels. They are producing over 3.6kw. The problem was caused by the Envoy, being plugged in to far away from the Solar panel power coming into the house. They are too fussy about their location!! Also, the envoy gets stuck whilst rebooting, sometimes !! So the Envoy R needs to be replaced, with an Envoy S. Oh Joy 👎👎👎👎
