I've always had bad insomnia. Entrain claims it can use our brain waves to promote deep sleep. So I start this 25-min session and became irritated that I didn't fall asleep During it. I flipped my phone screen over, agitated. And then... Silence. I fell asleep quickly. Then had the deepest, most regenerative sleep I've had for a very, very long time. Moral: Listen to ENTIRE session. Don't rage-quit. I've had Entrain a month w/ no issues, but I honestly haven't tried any other sessions yet.

It crashes after like 1 min. Uninstall, reinstalled, I want to like this app. For that minute I love the tones, but it's not relaxing to press close app and then restart over and over. 😕
