I have the same obd2 Wi-Fi reader pictured in the app and my phone connects to it just fine. This app gives an error stating "Impossible to connect to Wi-Fi". The same OBD2 reader works fine on Apple devices.

Don't give any more money, I had to pay £33.99, and it doesn't even read the errors on the airbag, it's not worth it, there are other free apps and even much better ones.
