Keeps crashing!!! Unusable Just got access. Is not a great UI. The letters in the inbox by default ate not formatted for mobile (the service is ONLY available on mobile... what about x-platform frameworks swiss post??) I have a post account with verified adress, swiss ID account and NOW I need to verify in this app again Acct profile opens in edit mode ALWAYs... how about a protected view page with an edit icon like a professional app? Unimpressive but sadly I need to use it... :(

As others have reported the app is not working at all for previous Post customers with Swiss ID. Clearly the whole thing was rushed, and the service is not ready for prime time.

PIN letters are forwarded without the PIN. Bills can only be paid with a Credit Suisse bank account. The monthly fee is only sent to epost, the bill code cannot be copied to be paid in another bank account. It is impossible to pay the subscription! The app will finish your session and require a new login almost every day. And it will ask again if you want to use fingerprint sensor. Finally, the app has not a standard way to report bugs. And emails take long time to be replied.
