I love the program, have been using for years and recommend it widely. I hate the app. It frequently malfunctions. Goes through periods where it won't open-makes tracking for a day out on the weekend impossible and impedes program progress. Within the app, frequent issues such as not copying details across, or double copying, or not opening meal plans or not scrolling to allow you to enter measurements. Also be careful when entering food as the details aren't always correct.

Unfortunately you have to pay for the app before you can see what it's like, so I'm stuck with it for 6 months. The recipes are OK. Very simple and use a lot of pre-packaged ingredients so great if you're time poor or not a great cook. The "meal plan" is one plan for the whole week. So same breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for all seven days. You can get around it, but I don't expect to have to use a workaround at these prices. The app is glitchy. Usually takes me two tries to open it.
