This update does not work as it tries to scan and stays there, and yes all permissions are enabled. The last version found the scooter but failed to unlock max speed of 40 but only kept stock of 30

Unfortunately this does not work for the myria Titan city traveler. What I have read online is that it is the same as the In motion L9. Would be glad if the developer would reach out to me to get it working for the Myria too. Thanks.

In motion Climber shows region as "Unknown" on latest firmware. I've tried multiple versions of this app to no avail. Might need to be updated by the developers.
