★★★★★ Worked perfectly with a eSIM ready phone. All instructions are properly provided. Prices are fairly competitive. Sure, you will always find something cheaper on the ground. But the convenience of one app for all outweighs.

After setting up the APN, my issues have been solved by turning on/off flight mode. Great app and easy to use. Sometimes a few mins delay when purchasing additional data, other than that it's been great

★★★★★ Good, very simple and online chat is always very responsive. Remember to turn off smart top up and delete the subscription package, or you will continuously be charged, use your balance for primary payment method just in case. Also 5% cashback when you use your balance.

Nowhere in their promotion does it say that if you have any other phone it will not work. Definitely not to be recommended.

★★☆☆☆ I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND using this app.I have been robbed. I purchased 10gb on January 19 then I purchased 20 GB on January20 in total 30 GB. The app only showed I was using 10gb I've been contacting support many times they informed me that the issue would be escalated within 24hrs it's now48 noone from support has responded. I've provided screenshots of my transaction and also of the data within the app no one is responding even though it shows that they're online. BE AWARE DON'T USE THIS APP!!

★★☆☆☆ Bought for Cambodia (Siem Reap). Hardly ever works. My daughter bought from any sims and hers works, so I suggest you try them or another. I'm not sure about other countries, but BNE is a waste of money for use in Siem Reap and the temple region.

★★☆☆☆ Dysfunctional mess. You're being forced to install this app to install an esim. Then you end up in a whirlpool of dysfunctional computer systems and poorly programmed applications and websites. Stay far away from this mess, even deleting your account does not function. Absolutely not a great service provider.
