Best airline I have flown to Asia on. I don't even check for prices anymore. I just book with EVA. I will say I don't like being charged extra for seats. I think EVA has too much class to do business this way. They should just make their tickets the price that they want & don't nickel and dime people with add-ons. I also think after as many times as I've flown with EVA they should bump me to first class on a long-haul flight at least once after so many years of loyalty & free advertising.

The app is a bit slow when loading stuff. The decision to put "cancel booking" right in between "my pass" and "my check-in", is surely an interesting design decision as those two menu options are probably the most used and I always had to double-check what I was clicking on. Other than that, everything worked as expected and I had a great time flying with the company.

The app is usually slow, and I haven't been able to complete the check in for an upcoming trip. I've updated and reinstalled the app, but it keeps showing a notification that mentions the network is unstable when I don't have any connection issues with other apps. Now I can't even log into my account.

Terrible apps, every time I try to checin, and it said my network is unstable. Also, every time I try to book ticket, it needs to log in. The process is terrible. The app is only good to check your miles

7-19-2024 Still doesn't work. Impossible to book a flight. Error after error. Tried to book via my laptop, that doesn't work either. Going to book with another airline AGAIN because I can't get the app to work. You guys really need to fix this! Doesn't work anymore. Says to clear the cashe and reopen, but nothing changes. Too bad, I love EVA air, but not being able to book flights from my phone is a dealbreaker. I'm not going to take out my laptop every time I need to book a flight. Android 12
