The EventMobi app was well received by our conferences teen audience since
most of them had cell phones. We were able to replace our paper programs.
It is attractive, and user-friendly. I was an admin that set it all up, and
it was easy for me once I had all the conference details. The shortfall is
that our conference center had poor cell coverage and no Wi-Fi, so
downloading the app was a problem for some people. Plus, push notifications
were sometimes delayed until they were out of a dead zone. This is not
EventMobi's fault, but is a shortfall nonetheless.

We bought this app for our event. First issue is, when it shows the agenda, it shows the title and timings. No speaker. To know the speaker, we have to click. In an event app, these 3 are basik things which needs to be displayed. Just to add this, they say they can't promise. Their attitude, politeness changes onc you make payment for the app. Support is pathetic. They wouldn't come on the screen sharing call saying they don't have bandwidth. There are many ergonomic issues which I can't list

I was devastated when the notes I took via the app during a conference were inaccessible after the "event ended". There should be a warning! Or no place to add notes. I can't access any of it. Boo!

User experience is terrible. When scrolling through the available sessions, if you click on a session to see additional details, when you go back it takes you back to the top of the list. Very annoying when you have 100s of sessions to choose from.
