It's very easy to use, especially to pay my gas and electric bills. However, I'm on a payment plan with both electric and gas. I'm supposed to be getting a certain amount of money paid into my balance through Ever source and can't find a way to see how much Ever source paid towards balance. Other than that, I can see my monthly statements and their due dates, which is very convenient, especially since I went paperless. It doesn't make you open a PDF like my bank statements, for example.

You can not pay your bill on the app. An error message pop up, and you have to call customer service and wait 20+ minutes to pay the bill smh. Zero Stars

Recently (Oct and Nov 2024) the app has stopped working completely. It won't even let me log in. Every time, "an error has occurred, please try again" Also as others have noted, Android device. PLEASE FIX IT

Planned outage not reported to neighborhood took power out for more than 7 hours and is still. The app and map did not register the outage and customers notices not seen. Customer Service took 1st call-in 9:23 am and call backs and web updates did not register the outage but to my, one call. Talked with crew on site indicated Crane operator required power cut and PONS number was issued. Pretty much EVERSOURCE customer service, this APP, email and text notifications from the company worthless.
