Absolutely amazing meals. I get lazy having to cook especially when I have to go out and buy the ingredients myself. Not to mention having to be mindful of the shelf life of the products I buy. I have love ever single meal everyplace has sent me. It's a godsend for busy people and people with adhd who find it difficult to get cooking 🍳

I've received rotten food and missing foods in both of the only boxes I received. After them cancelling my box and "refunding" me the charges. My bank shows 1 credit and 2 MORE CHARGES for ingredients I didn't receive. I called to figure out what was wrong. Contact your bank was all I got, and was hung up on with being giving information to their billing depart to submit the proof of charges. I've reported this as fraud and contacted the BBB and my lawyer DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE ABHORRENT.

The app is impossible to use, and my account kept reactivating, which isn't ideal as I specified to customer service that I could not afford it, but they kept sending me meals and charging me when I DID NOT order anything!!

Chat for help doesn't work - it worked the first time, but hasn't worked since. The person who helped put the incorrect food selection, and I've been trying for over a day to get someone else to fix it. Now it might ship as is, and I've paid for a meal I do not want or would ever eat. Most selections are pork which is cheap and disgusting. You'd have to pay extra to switch to chicken or beef, which is ridiculous. I want to love this, but it's such a hassle and limited recipes.
