I tried this on my own, and I was successful without the app, but it is a lot more convenient to have notifications and not have to remember great app I love it if you're committed you can see results I recommend that you do this over and over again but lesson the amount of push-ups by at least half because you will gain a lot of muscle doing this, and you don't want to overtrain and hurt yourself if you feel like your muscles are going to give out stop give yourself a break it's not worth exploding

2nd day, timer wouldn't start until I moved start time forward, save, then back to original time. Multiple times it didn't add my push ups to total. One day it recorded nothing, then started adding to that skipped day on a different day. The timer is fairly reliable, but the tracking/totals is not at all. Would recommend trying a different app.

The push-up program is great, but this app is not so much. The main proble I that it keeps notifying for no good reason. Once the daily challenge is done it should stop all communications until the next day. I had to force stop this app several times after the workout to stop constantly bugging me.

Doesn't give notifications when it says. And the timer doesn't continue until you complete the exercise, so it's late every time. Just set alarms on your phone
