I absolutely love this app and this program. I love how there are multiple programs, so you can find something that will fit your unique schedule and preferences. I personally love doing the 5x per week track because less than an hour of work per day always feels doable. It is the same as the 4x per week track, except it has an additional class on Thursday. I love this because I know I can always take a rest day on Thursday (if I am feeling like my body needs it) and still hit every muscle group!
