★★☆☆☆ Wasted time as everyone else downloading this useless app. Couldn't charge the car because it kept saying the charger wasn't available. I only got the app because nothing was happening when I tried contactless. Just another waste of space on a parking area.

★★☆☆☆ Machine KinmelW-B wouldn't start using contactless. So I installed the app. When it lists connectors they are numbered 1, 2 & 3, but it does not display the connection type (AC, CCS, Chad emo). The connectors on the machine have number stickers, but these had been put on wrong (Chad emo sticker was 3 but should have been 2). Despite working out which number connector to use the App couldn't start charging. So I phoned support, helpful person who tried to start charging from their end but failed.

★★☆☆☆ Each time create account it crashes, send vert code then put it in crashes again deleted App try this on works phone android and my personal phone apple, gone to charger wasn't sure if it's going charge my van as only seen tesla Park nothing on the unit it only white and handle said tesla., gone to a different charger next services.
