I like the app but improvements needed. It's easy to use, and the parcel shops make it a breeze. However, as others have mentioned, it should automatically update with the tracking number for sent parcels without the need to copy and paste from email. I have an issue where parcels that have been delivered still show in my 'ready to send' tab which makes it difficult to establish new from old when going to print a new label. Is there a way to remove from 'ready to send' page when delivered?

Always had good deliveries and delivery service from VRI have had them quite often and Denise who does our area is a very friendly lovely lady always as a smile

Very poor it only gives you estimates of the delivery times and doesn't show you where the parcel is on a map. This is why so many packages are delivered to the wrong address or never arrives.

VRI are sending my delivery advice notification to an old email address that is not used now. This app uses my current active email address but is ignored in favor of out of date information. I cannot see how to change that in this app.

Can't log in via the app, tells you to log in on the website then come back to the app - where it once again tells you can't log in via the app and to go to the website. So zero functionality essentially

Can't log in S25 Ultra. My credentials are right as it works via the Web. Support team completely ignore emails about this. Very unprofessional.
