★★☆☆☆ Ridiculous app! After the mobile version was updated, I was asked to provide a secret pass. Well, I have forgotten the pass and found out that there is no option to recover the lost password. The support team advised that the only option is to deactivate (delete) my account and then register a new one. But then I am losing the existing documents stored in my previous account. Please think twice before you start using this service!

★★☆☆☆ The horrible misleading information that this application can be used for Bulgarian documents of identification. It is not true. The Bulgarian residents with ЕГН and Bulgarian ID card are Not supported. The bank's personal is not aware of this platform shortcoming and mislead their customers too. By relying on into this application the banks do not develop an internal method for remote identification, which leaves their customers without access to accounts outside of Bulgaria. Don't use. Avoid
