Had a password issue but seems like it was quickly resolved. Easy to see my credit, order salt and check on the app whenever I have a problem I use the help sections. Saves me from making a phone call. It's great.

Can't log in, says I have no acc. Log on as new acc says acc already in use. I tried Forgot password say Acc doesn't exist. Eventually Got code, but only one digit says I need 8 digits. Conclusion, this App is not working.

App is shocking, impossible to log in to, and the customer service email isn't responsive either. Pointless app.

Soo pathetic with ewt customer service. I request a call back for 2 times and nobody called me back. Nothing works in the app. Worst customer service and no response. I never suggest ewt to any of my friends and family. I'm waiting again and if I'm not getting any response again, I'll go through every review session in Google.
