I find the app ok but struggle with reading any of the text that is in yellow. It doesn't show up very well on a white background.

Great app, easy to navigate and works well. A "return fare" button to click on would be perfect. There is a + sign to add a stop on route, but it sometimes glitches out, so you have to start over. I always leave a msg in the notes box, just in case. That aside, the apps brilliant. Never had any issues. Excel is my first choice cab firm!

Pre-booked a taxi, for a hospital appointment I had to wait 9 months for, but didn't arrive. Now I have to wait at least 2 months for another appointment. Seriously not happy, it's also very unfair on the NHS.

I just requested my bank card, and I was dedicated £1.01 what was that for, it says on their policy that it's free to register, I was not charged the first time I requested with other taxes in Sheffield. Am not impressed unless there is a tangible reason for this transaction.
