★★★★★ Convenient, easy to use, and make the customs experience much more fluid.

★★★★★ The process was simple and easy I had no problem doing my declaring forms. This I perfer, it's done on my phone ahead of flight, and it's ready before I get to the customs officer, no wait time or receipts to explain, he pulls up my passport the form shows what am declaring, he checks, I'm either paying or using my exemption. Quick, easy, simple and time management. Out of customs in less than 15 mins. This is a great improvement to customs. I agree 100%

★★☆☆☆ The worst experience I have ever had with an app and customs. I never been this mad and disappointed in my life.

★★☆☆☆ This app is unbelievably glitchy and a horrendous user experience. Can't do anything without getting an error message, and doesn't let you enter any passport details manually, but then gets them wrong through the passport scanner. Horrible.

★★☆☆☆ Not user-friendly, Asking for too much info. About you, It won't let you correct mistakes, Horrible app design/layout, and I just want to travel to the Bahamas once a year for Vacation, I didn't know I had to do all this just to enter this Country/Island.
