Tried to download and open the St Si dwell Point app to make inquiries. Nothing happened!! Update:- staff at the leisure center helped me, now very easy to navigate through the app.

Appallingly designed app. Confusing and clunky and very hard to navigate. Points you to register or buy membership. Register, then discover you need to get a casual free membership, but can't because you've registered. Try to book for a child above 8 but have to add adult membership number first (no instructions to tell you this). Print booking popup won't print. APPALLING! Wouldn't use if didn't have to, online version just as bad.

Poor design. Have to keep logging in for details etc. Just a proxy through to the website so pretty useless app.

Lay out app and processes for booking are confusing. If you cancel subscription then try to rejoin you have to rejoin by email. Suggestion was from admin staff to use a different email address. This means their process can't adequately manage user data, gdpr? Seriously the lack of a decent account management in the app and EXE leisure administration of data meant I couldn't book any sessions for months A review is needed of this app. It's not fit for purpose.
