worth $9/month Didnt read where anyones low grades w/ Experian resulted from ID stolen and they were unhappy with the way Experian handled it..or didnt. ID protection is worth the small fee per month regardless of the small issues.

Even free, its not worth it I couldnt log into it. My username and password work on the actual site but not on the app. Customer service was no help

Cant sign in I can sign in on website but mobile app will not recognize my password. I will change rating when app lets me in.

Not impressed I have been using this service since the Target breach, and over Memorial Day weekend, someone used my info to open new accounts all over the place. I never got any alerts that there were three credit inquiries in a span of an hour! What's the point of the service/app if I'm not alerted by that? Three days later, it still doesn't show the inquiries, so I think their "daily monitoring" is pretty useless or nonexistent.
