Hi, This is Syed Ajaz From Ezi Drive. I am Driver from past 5 years, Customer Care Service is not Good in EZI Drive behavior is very bad with drivers. We are driver's not Roberts, 🌈 I requested to senior officers to put some facus on Call Center People. I have found lots of errors by updating Google Map Locations, etc. It's very deficits for drivers. Thank you.

Even this needs to be banned like OLA & UBER! Our Karnataka autodrivers are not getting what they used to get. On top of that EZI drive company is collecting 1,800 rupees every month from the drivers. Driving customer's car, travelling by own to the customer's location is very risky and EZI drive company people don't respond to the drivers call at all! Have the records with me hence posting it here. If interested can reply to my conversation here.
