Sometimes the audio is too low to be heard. Sometimes the audio and video are not in sync. The video always gets broken up and the audio often gets cracked.

Pretty rubbish really. The web version wouldn't work on Chrome, so tried the app. Video wouldn't work - the brief clip I saw before is refused to work anymore was distorted. Won't work with large font so inaccessible to those with a visual impairment,
