Very good informational app for producing the perfect consent and medical forms for the relevant treatments. The only thing I would say is that I don't forward consent forms and medical forms at the same time now. It confuses clients a lot. The medical form comes through to your clients' email as your business name, but the consent form comes through as faces branding so people arnt filling it out due to the unknown name and link from the medical form they completed.

Spoke to Carren who was lovely. She was really helpful guiding me through how to use the APP. The APP is literally amazing it makes the whole process so easy and quick! An absolute must-have for anyone in the Aesthetics industry.

Very slow to load and go through different parts of the app. Zero support when sending queries, whether technical or relating to professional aspects of the app features. Sent 3 requests for help over a 2-week period - not one got answered or acknowledged. Will be uninstalling.

I have been using faces for 2 years and first was great, then they started messing with orders by not sending them to the pharmacy. Then, spending 3/4 days at a time chasing orders with them lying to me saying they have contacted people to try and resolve the issue when, in fact, they have done nothing.

If your business is reliant on client intake forms. Really think twice before using this app. I haven't been able to access my account for a week. All my clients information his on this app. I emailed asking them to address the problem they told me to uninstall the app and reinstall, that still didn't work. So now they are completely ignoring me, they just left me unable to access my notes & client information. This is detrimental to businesses who need a reliable app for consent forms.
