★★★★★ My Farmer's Agent, Sam Klein, is the Best! I have my Renter's Insurance through Farmers Insurance and I couldn't be happier. Sam is always sending me a renewal the month before it is due. I appreciate this because my landlord always claims I've never submitted my renewal copy. In fact, I had already submitted the policy and received an automated response that my transaction was completed. This morning I received an email reminding me my renewal was due and said to submit a copy of policy.

★★☆☆☆ App doesn't keep auto-pay info correctly. My wife's card was changed, and I updated the auto-pay feature with the new card info. I deleted the old info and the payment was returned. This happened like 3 months in a row, and now I can't update auto-pay info for a full year?! What the hell Farmer's?

★★☆☆☆ My review for this application is not a reflection of the people at farmers insurance. I must say that this app is not very well written. This is the third time that my password is not accepted. I know for a fact that the correct password was used, but the app keeps telling me it's the wrong password. We all have a lot of stuff to do but when the app messes up every time you try to sign in it just makes it way more difficult than it should be.
