Have been their customer in the Bay Area for a year now. Their promos are pretty decent, and produce has always been fresh. The weekly program with no fees is good for saving on time and money.

The only times I used it I got an out of stock notification notice for certain items on the day of the delivery, not even when I placed the order but 3 hrs before the delivery.

If you want to use the service, go online. The app is poorly made and prone to not doing what you want it to. I've been locked out of adding things to my cart for no discernable reason, there is currently no way to cancel weekly shipments (only skip a week), and a bunch of other non-user friendly problems.
