One of the things I appreciate the most is how quickly they process refunds—I always get my money back immediately after a return. They also offer multiple return options, which makes the whole process so easy and convenient. Whether it's pick-up from home or drop-off at a designated point, I can always find a solution that suits me. On top of that, their wide range of products is impressive.

★★☆☆☆ I really do not recommend! I didn't receive a part of an order. I cancelled it after a contestation with the Fashion day call center. After more than 5 calls and 3 mails during two months, they still did not return the money. The call center is full of incompetent ladies, everyone giving me absolutely different answers to my problem. Even though they closed the phone because they didn't know what else to lie. Nothing happened with the money refund. Absolute fake, do not prepay, do no trust them
