A Classic of the gacha genre. While it has some bad holdovers from those days (trying to eat all your time and stingy gacha). At the same time it has: The fun and sometimes goofy story of events, the deep crazy story/lore of the main story and some truly amazing characters. Which all combined means that I can never give this game a bad score. They also have occasional bouts of huge generosity, which means with a little planning and a bit if luck you can get a good collection of fave characters.
