The app is easy to navigate. It keeps all of your information in a neat list, making it easier when you have questions regarding your policy or bill. Make changes to your policy with ease, on your own, right from the app. Excellent App!

Had trouble at first, but kept trying and finally succeeded in getting everything done. Not very user-friendly at first.

It disconnects when I go to get the verification code from email. I return to fb app main page instead of verification input screen.

Can't verify. It tells you to verify your email address, but when you try to switch over to your email, the app closes the verify screen. There is no link in the email, so it keeps sending a different code that you can't use. The app is pointless. Progressive's was Much more user-friendly and functional.

Another "no other choice" app. Not very intuitive. One of those apps where you have to figure it out again every time you use it. Stuff is just not where you would expect it to be a hard to find. Obviously it made sense to the person who wrote it, but just not to us regular people. Useful but frustrating!
