Works pretty well for a banking app, and it rarely ever goes down and when it does, it's back up in a few hours or less

The CD's don't show the maturity date or ownership. I have to go through the website to see the maturity date and that still does not show the ownership. The accounts don't show ownership either. Also, when will FCB go to paperless CDs so a lot of the rentals can be done online.

This app sucks between constantly having to reset my login info and the app not working in general..... I wish you guys actually fixed things when you "update"

Over the past few months, about every other time I use the app, I have to reset my login information. I have biometric log in set up and my fingerprint will be recognized, but I can't fully log in because the app "can't validate my information". Very annoying, and I'm not sure if this is because someone else has been trying to access my account or if the app is just this buggy. This prevents me from being able to check my balances.
