It's a good app for scooters on the go, but it keeps logging me out, and sometimes it registers a ride, but has multiple difficulty ending.

Chatbot is non-functional and the human you get connected to is even worse. If they weren't the only e-scooter company in my area, I would uninstall

The Felix app is unreliable and scammy. It often fails, leaving me stranded by the moped while waiting for slow support to end the ride. Service zones disappear without notice, misleading users into thinking they can return the bike to the same spot. To top it off, Felix threatens me with a €70 fine. Instead of offering a reliable service, they choose to intimidate and deceive. Avoid Felix – it's a waste of time and money.
