Fetch provides a "last mile" service to get packages to your apartment. There are a dozen other companies that offer this same service, and they are all the same 99% of the time. I am giving Fetch 5 stars for how they reacted the 1% of the time that the package doesn't arrive. I submitted a brief note through the app, fetch support (real person) responded and asked for a couple of screenshots from Amazon, package found and delivered that day. Perfect handling of a frustrating issue.

The Fetch service is an easy way to make sure you get your packages on your schedule. I have had this service since December and have been pleased with their customer service and delivery options thus far. If you have the opportunity to sign up for it, I highly recommend it!

It's hard to see anyone willingly paying for this overpriced, useless service. Fetch did a deal with my apartment mgmt company, and we tenants are FORCED to pay $16+/month for the privilege of getting our packages late. This app provides no tracking other than "it will be delivered" & "it was delivered". Amazon locker is 1000% better and doesn't cost $200/year.

This is the most worthless package delivery service in history. DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE TO. They lose packages, deliver packages several days after they received them & are generally incompetent
