★★★★★ Excellent app, very easy user interface which makes finding things like tickets very easy. The only reason I've not given it 5 stars is because I wish they had an option (perhaps by default) that showed the event you was looking for in all cities rather than just one, it would make it so much easier than having to think which cities were close by that may also be showing the event as well. Other than this it's a fantastic app and the customer service is second to none (amazing).

★★★★★ Two things that would really make the app experience nicer, or if either these features exist, just to make them more visible: 1. Ability to bookmark an event, so user would not need to search for it every time. 2. Have the ability to sync the bought event date and time to calendar of users choice, either through the app or when ticket info is received via email, give gmail ability to also add it to calendar. Both of these features would make the experience smoother and better!

★★☆☆☆ Event cancelled 2 days before and won't issue a refund. The voucher is good for one ticket out of three. Can't even get tickets for the other days. It's an all over scam.

★★☆☆☆ I purchased two tickets for an event but had to change date, so I downloaded the app and was happy to notice that they offer switching date by giving a voucher of "same value as my initially tickets". Be aware: they cancel your previously purchased tickets before you can actually replace them with different dates. So you end up having to pay an extra booking fee of $4 per ticket for the same event. Of course, customer care can't do anything because that's "how it works". Please avoid this.
