FGGF -its a miracle! I've done all the diets & plans you can imagine in the hope of perfection. Even when I lost weight I wasn't happy, it wasnt enough, the negative thoughts didn't leave. This programme has changed that. It's not about aiming for that unrealistic target. It's about being healthy, yes I've lost weight but I'm fitter, stronger & my mental attitude is better, I work out and enjoy it the food is amazing! Rosie is awesome & very relatable. The best lifestyle change I've ever made! ❤
