By far, the best online bank/mobile banking app that's available currently! Fidelity Bloom also has a ton of unique tools & different options they offer their clients through the app and online banking through their Fidelity Bloom website. Personally, my absolute favorite thing about being a Fidelity Bloom member is they're amazing customer service that completely better than the other mobile banking app company's like Chime or Varo for example!

Hate when apps beg for a rating. Edit after your response: You don't get it. It's so irritating when apps beg for a rating. That's why I gave it one star. So, what do you do? Beg for a different rating. I know this is probably all automated, but it's super annoying.

Used to work fine. Doesn't even open most of the time. I just get a black screen and no way to log in. Such a drag because the bank account is great. I'm uninstalling the app. Do better, Fidelity!

Can't open because I don't remember my Fidelity password. The options to reset my password here don't actually exist, it takes me to a blank page that says to create my new password with only a continue button at the bottom, which brings me to another mostly blank page stating my new password has errors with another continue button at the bottom that takes me back to the login page. It takes me in a circle of nowhere.
