Okay. The last few updates has 'broken' the app. You can't even make any bookings now. It loads for a while when you search for tickets but then redirects you to Fiji Airways' desktop webpage which is not optimized to be run on mobile platforms. And yet again, it still can't make bookings on the desktop version. It got painfully annoying. Seriously, changes need to be made to the app asap!

A great app, very clean and not clutterly. There are a lot of things, that are missing; such as, Fiji Airways points (would be nice to know, how many points), the catering section & the entertainment selection. Will fly with you guys, in the future.

I booked a flight from LAX to AUK on Fiji Airways for January 2021. I'm sure you can see where this is going. Due to the global pandemic, Fiji was forced to close its borders, and all flights were canceled. I appreciate the strain this must have put on the country and the flag carrier. But it's now April 2023, and I still have not received my refund. I contacted DOT in Feb 2023; immediately, Fiji Airways said they will refund me in 3 days. That was 2 months ago: still nothing.

As of recent.this APP does not work on Android devices.have reported issue with FA.awaiting....awaiting and awaiting!!! Nov 23...still no word if issue resolved!! Makers!! Issue seems to be on Android devices.works okay on Apple devices...

App is non-functional. Unable to view and book flight. Unable to add existing flight reservation to "My Trip". Promptly uninstalled.
