Pretty good overall - Sluggish closing and opening of doors compared to Car guru - Price wise is somewhere in between Car guru and city bee. - Electric cars are amazing, but interface is terribly French in terms of usability. Looking forward for more electric cars and government realizing electric car sharing needs serious subsidies and protections (parking licenses, charging stations etc.)

Can't wait to use the scooter. I like this app, because it gives free 1 euro and if someone uses ur cupon for free pics up, then u get a euro too. Heres my cupon, hope someone will use it! DQ1JLHU

They have bigger prices for worse scooters than their competition (not the best brakes and bad shock absorbers + steering feels clumsy for both models). €1 to unlock is terrible, if you drive for 10 minuter fiqsy costs at least 30% more than others, and you have to use it for a long time just to cach up with competitor prices. If they changed that unlock is €1 and extra money is deducted after first 5 minutes then it would be understandable, until then I better use other scooters.

Don't allow reserving a car with non-Latvian driver's license

Without beforehand warning, right on first ride it asks you to immediately put €5 on wallet in order to use it. Other car sharings don't do this. Moreover, fiqsy has a tiny amount of cars, so good luck chasing them afterward. Unfair tactic on customers to press them to pay as when you're already standing next to a car.

I can park further in any scooter rental than these cars, barely covers any part of the city
