Love my Fireboard Drive and this app. Since I got it a month ago have used it along with my Amado grill about 3 or 4 times a week. My Traeger is now collecting dust. One suggestion for enhancing the app would be project the time meat will hit the desired temperature. App has all the data needed for a reasonable projection. Delta T, current temp, set point and even first and second derivatives of meat temperature. Should make for a reasonable projection.

For my first use of the FireBoard, I smoked a brisket on my Amado grill for over 27 hours. I did have to plug the board into power about halfway through for fear of the battery going dead, but it worked like a champ!

This USED to be a great app. Now this app constantly "auto-syncs" itself and never allows me to control the "drive" feature on the app...all I can see is the pit temp and a probe temp (if I'm using the probes). The connection constantly seems to be switching between Bluetooth and wireless. It's so frustrating and worthless. When there was only a wireless connection I NEVER had this issue. Please fix. The app and the Fireboard use on my Yoder smoker is worthless now.

Since the last time I used this, apparently there was an app update. Now set point temp changes take minutes to take effect. And when you try to compensate for the terrible reaction time to take effect, manual fan percent changes have no effect. Had to completely bypass this and work the manual choke to keep from ruining Thanksgiving dinner. What happened to this app???
