First Bus

★★★★★ Extremely useful and informative. I use it in my hometown Ipswich and found it a great help when recently visiting Norwich and Wyndham where I was not familiar with the bus routes and services.

★★★★★ Can always check when the bus comes and I now when to leave the wherever I am. Instead of leaving then missing the bus or the bus being cancelled I can always check if the bus is cancelled or delayed, or I missed it it's always so helpful especially on rainy days

★★☆☆☆ Bus times in the app are incorrect for Leeds, what's the point of bus tracking if the times are incorrect??

★★☆☆☆ Useless update like the bus service. App repeatedly crashes meaning I cannot see whether my bus is turning up or not as the app doesn't work. When the buses are as unreliable as they are I need to know which bus is turning up, so I know whether I need to add 10 minutes to my journey by walking to another stop to get a different bus. The app needs to work especially with ticket inspectors chucking people off buses and fining them as you can't view tickets when the app crashes!

★★☆☆☆ Not just the app the service is appalling I've taken to using other services like Uber and the green community bus, you can see the bus take a different route when it's cancelled through lack of drivers or whatever else excuse they come up with for buses being cancelled I'm not from Bristol, and I've never known a poor service like it, and they don't care. The drivers just laugh. I've seen them go past people at bus stops on purpose the attitude is terrible, they really have to address that
