Good app but I'd love it if changing a payment reference or amount to a payee didn't create a new payee bumping ones I want to keep off the list and cluttering it up. Very odd. Also, only being able to see and search a month of transactions... I'd, it's a long month, or I do something a couple of days out I then can't check what I paid someone the previous month without going online and downloading a statement. I would value a lot more transaction his. Updating these functions would be invaluable.

Paying in a printed check just does not work. I see others are having the same problem. The App. Complains about the document boundaries not detected or an acceptable size.

Why doesn't the credit card part of the app show pending transactions like pretty much all other banking apps? Please can you add this functionality asap. Also, the ability to see and cancel scheduled payments - which can be done on my account on the web but not on the app - would be very useful. Please add this too.

Horrible UI of the app just to pay back to your fd credit card from your fd current account you have to select, Large Business → Say First Direct → Put the first four digits of your card → select the gold credit card from two option where the other one is also gold credit card number + matches your card number → get confused as hell cuz sort/acc no. is yours → ask customer service → and then they advise to choose item that doesn't match your sort code/ac no.!!!
