Discovered that you have to set a different PIN to log in on the mobile app than you use on your PC. You enter that when it asks for "password", instead of asking for a PIN. Finally, got it done after being locked out for trying every PIN and password I knew and then getting a text from FNB with a new PIN. Then had to click on a link and create a new one. Now I have a 4 digit PIN to long on to mobile and a different longer password to log using the PC. Then found that when taking a picture of a check, you hold the camera back farther than another banking app I use so that, when the image shows up on the app, it includes the entire check. Once that got sorted out it actually worked! I was able to transfer $ back and forth between accounts on the mobile very easily and now know how to deposit checks...should anyone ever actually write one of those to me. Suggestion would be to ask for a PIN instead of a password when just a 4 digit PIN will do. Also, to show guides on the camera window, so you know how to align the check.

Extremely frustrating when I try to log in, the password field is missing. I can't reliably trust that I will be able to access my accounts from this app. The deposit check feature does not work well. I spend 10 minutes trying to get a good photo. It won't tell me which photo, the front or back, needs to be retaken. I want to be able to use this app, but with the state it is in now, I'll stick to using my computer to access my accounts.

Deposit feature never works I've never been able to get the feature to work. It's great they added it in, but IDK what more I can do to get a picture of a check to go through. It'd be nice being able to save a trip to the bank, but I guess that's not happening anytime soon. I'll update my review if it ever becomes a little more user-friendly.
