There is nothing more to discuss with you. You know the problem, yet that has not been resolved. I'm not going to call you nor give your more personal information. Duh.

Incompetent delivery service. Do not believe them if they mention same-day delivery. They will either deliver the next day or leave you wondering when it will arrive. So, do not order here if you need the item urgently. They cancelled my order after 5 days due to an unavailable item, and the coupon code got expired.
