★★★★★ Flatmates are great for finding a place or tenants, but there is 1 issue that needs to be fixed in the App - The 'Messages' screen in the App doesn't refresh every time I go to the 'Messages' screen (it doesn't show new messages as they come through). I often had to revert to manually checking messages on the Flatmates website (using my phone's web browser, instead of the App). Except for that issue, the App works great and Flatmates is very user-friendly - I recommend them.

★★★★★ Got several flatmates with the site, but it could be improved with better messaging and many flatmates apply with no profile. Otherwise it does work

★★☆☆☆ Very buggy in terms of message updates. Had to always close the app and reopen to see message replies. Overall helped me with what I needed but UI/UX could definitely be smoother for an overall better experience

★★☆☆☆ In a housing crisis, with homeless people everywhere, Flatmates delays messages for subscriptions $20 for 10 days & $30 for 30 days! I hope you sleep well whilst profiting from suffering!

★★☆☆☆ App constantly does not load profiles and messages - even once shortlisted, and fails to refresh. Even after paying the joining fee. This shortcoming immensely slows down the search for a property/flatmate.

★★☆☆☆ App is ok for the most part, however there's sometimes a glitch where new messages don't load. Can get around this by closing the app and reopening. One improvement I'd like to see is to enable Saved Searches. There are recent searches, however only your 3 most recent searches will be there, and any time you change one filter, that will take a place in your recent searches.
