★★★★★ Great customer service within the app. Solved a difficult problem I had setting up the eSIM on my phone. Used the messaging part of the app well.

★★★★★ Update NOV 2024: I can't open my app anymore. Error msg trouble connecting!therefore, i can't check my data or load my account. Can someone help ? I'm really disappointed after all these years I've been using flexion for a few years now. Very happy with the quality of services and especially the WhatsApp support team. Very responsive, and assistance is provided until the problem is solved . Prices are very reasonable also for someone who needs data constantly, especially abroad. Keep it up

★★☆☆☆ Totally rubbish. I bought their global roaming and followed the instruction to install eSIM and then activated the SIM and data, but it didn't work. I was at the airport trying to contact their custom service online, but they only replied after 8 hours, telling me they were dealing with a lot of issue calls, so replied late. In the end, I had to buy another SIM card using the airport free Wi-Fi, but wasted an hour and got a lot of stress. DON'T BUY. Try Hilary, that gives me no issues.

★★☆☆☆ I've been a customer since mid 2024. The new app is still worse than the old one. As a customer my first use might be too check my plan a d data balance, but the app always puts me on a purchase screen. Second the price increases in the 50 GB Global data plan over my 7 months as a customer have been astronomical. It went from something reasonable at 99 to 119, and now it's 288USD. I was planning to completely switch to Flexion, but at these prices I'll go back to Keep go.
