Horrible company. My partner and I booked a flights and hotel package through flight center 1 month before air Vanuatu liquidated. Our flight was 6 weeks after the airline liquidated and flight center never let us know of the liquidation but still had my flights in the app as confirmed and were even urging me to check into my flights early. The customer service was horrible, and no refund was offered, and they tried making it seem as if I was at fault. The bank sided in my favor stleast.

We made a group booking and can't see out trip In app. Tried many several times to add the trip into app but Hopeless. The airlines were pretty quick to display trips in their app really quick rather than Travel Agent.

EDIT: I did NOT close the App / use back button. It worked B4 What happened to the App? To log in to my account I have to use a code that is emailed. To get the code I have to leave the code verification page on the Flight Center App and check the email App. This is the problem! Leaving the code verification page closes the App and you have to start the log in process again. You can never move from that page to get the emailed code - so you can never actually access the account via the App!
