★★★★★ It was simple and easy to book my trip with this app. I got a ticket, and it explains everything like stop along the way. I highly recommend this app to everyone.

★★★★★ Expect to not ever know where you'll be dropped off. These people suck. They avoid paying back into this country. They suck. Remember 8 said it they SUCK! They rude and leave you anywhere they want. Keep giving them your money to disrespect you and prob got the biggest tax breaks. This company needs to get a set bus station. The changing of locations everywhere in Richmond is annoying. Get a bus stop!!!

★★☆☆☆ Bad service... No bus conductor/driver number available even after booking. No customer care available if your bus service is available before 7 then why are your customer service is not. Even I cancelled the ticket before 15 min. Customer care said please provide us any proof that you are not travelled with us when I provided train tkt. Then cc said sir we have not any refund policy. So please avoid this bus service. Totally frustrated service.

★★☆☆☆ Extremely irresponsible and non-compliant attitude. Staff not even qualified to work for daily wages! I made a booking from delhi ncr to agra. They gave me the wrong platform number inside isbt to board. No office inside isbt. No contact for driver/ support. Had to go outside again to office. They also did not give any contact of driver/ bus and sent me back again. The bus dint even come inside but left. They didn't call. They other staff did not co-operate later. Eventualy missed on all plans!!
