Mira is hands down the best teacher of Pilates I saw online so far! She is great to mimick, because as a dancer her moves just feel completely correct and natural. Her personality makes me calm and happy, which not only promotes my physical but also my mental fitness. I think this has something to do with her background in yoga. All three: Pilates, yoga and dancing are my favorite activities too. Mira just makes sense and knows what's good. ’D

I signed up with flow with Mira because I enjoyed her YouTube Pilates videos. I have bad posture all my life and it starting to take a toll on me with my neck issues as I'm getting into my 40s and when I started giving flow with Mira a try on YouTube for 6 months my neck and spine started to get better. So once I found out she has an app I knew I had to sign up. Thank you, Mira, for producing great Pilates content to help us all move better 🤗💪💕

Super basic workouts, mostly stretching, even at the intermediate level. They get one star for making it incredibly hard to cancel. You can't do it on the app or on the browser on your phone, it's a 10-step process. I'll have to try to do it on my laptop next, I guess. I find that sketchy.

Do not download the app. It does not work and is a scam. I was charged and unable to receive any refund or support. Google play will not help as well nor provide a refund and have no problems taking your money. Lessened learned.
