I love this app and highly recommend it! I ended up buying premium as I use this app all the time now. I like the different background colors and music tracks. It's a great way to relax, and I find it to be a nice calm way to start my day. I stayed on the free version for a while and that is also great, but if you get into using this app regularly then I recommend premium. I like that it's only a one time payment and I think it's worth the price to unlock the other meditations.

A rather stressful experience. Graphically, app is nice but let's be honest, it's neither beautiful nor immersive at all. As for the exercises... NEVER got a chance to relax 'cause the app always catches you by surprise: you totally have to rely on visuals to know when to breathe 'cause there's no stable audio guide but visually inhale and exhale don't unroll at the same pace. Rather disturbing. There are also times when sessions end on inhale phase 'cause visual journey is over... Not good!
