The driver (Kv8635) drove long way than usual....coz I had to paid more & spent longer time reached my destination.It's always under $210 & 20 mins reached my same place as usual... But this time I had to paid $260 & more than 30 mins reached my destination !!! That period all route & road were very smooth as it were after 12am... More I felt angry & not worth is if I paid more, but you sent me earlier to my destination is ok...but it's not !!!

The driver did not follow the planned route given by the app (estimated to be 110 hkd) and wanted to drive his own way and make a longer journey and end up 180 hkd. The driver even threatened want to call police if I don't pay the full price, which is absurd. The driver even acuse me don't give the correct destination, but I just pinpoint the exact location on the map by the app

I was so disappointed on the app, you need to be careful on its options... So many traps and all are protecting the drivers. I call the taxis in the airport and I request one more stop after I get on the taxis, but first of all I didn't know the app has this option, that smart driver didn't warn me will pay full price on my request. If I need to pay full price, I sure I will cancel my request and go to the taxis stand. This is last time using this app, bye.
