★★☆☆☆ In the airport, and after getting the boarding pass, they asked me to pay an extra 250 SAR for my backpack!!!! I am fully disappointed with them. I will not book with them anymore.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible app. Random glitches, sometimes prevents you from checking in online, other times it seemingly acknowledges a successful check-in without issuing a boarding pass (I had a rude awakening when I went to the airport to get a print-out of my boarding pass before my flight: only to be told I had not checked in, and it was now too late to do so. I ended up missing my flight and having to pay for a new ticket with another airline). Sometimes my bookings cannot be retrieved via the app/website.
